Shipping policy

All standard orders have a 7–10 working day turnaround time. Custom-made items require 14–18 working days to complete

When receiving delivery of your order from Designer Concepts you must ensure that you:

Are satisfied with the nature, quality and quantity of the goods from Designer Concepts prior to use and/or installation, as no returns will be accepted following the use or installation of such Goods; and

Must be familiar with, understand and comply with the installation instructions applicable to the goods. Designer Concepts will not, accept any liability arising from your failure to adhere to installation instructions applicable to any goods. Should you need assistance with any installation instructions, please contact us at info@designerconceptsonline.co.za. for assistance.

Damages and/or defects should be notified to Designer Concepts within 48 hours of receiving the delivery where applicable, a note needs to be made upon delivery.
