Delivery charges are calculated on the Cart or the Checkout page once the address form is completed. These charges are based on parcel dimension as well as delivery location. We also offer click and collect service:
Order Online, Collect In Store For Free
Tired of waiting for the postman to knock? Our Click & Collect service lets you pick up your order in-store at a time that suits you. Easy to use and absolutely free of charge, For items in-stock in our warehouse it normally takes 3-5 working days but it can be quicker if the item is already in store.
How does it work?
Order any item and we’ll deliver it to your chosen Designer Concepts store for you to collect.
Items are available for collection seven days a week within our normal store opening times.
We will send you an email once the item has arrived at store. Please wait until you receive this before coming to pick up as some items may take more time than others.
When can I pick up my order?
We will send you an email once your order has arrived in-store and is ready for collection.
Please do not come in to pick up your order until you have received this email as it may still be being prepared.
Where do I collect my order?
When placing your order, you will be given the option of which store you would like to collect the item.
Who can collect my order?
To prevent fraud, we insist that you collect your order in person.
Please make sure that you bring some form of receipt, preferably a print out of your order confirmation email, along with valid ID.
How much time do i have to collect my order?
All Click & Collect orders will be held at your selected Designer Concepts store for up to 10 days. Special arrangement can be made directly with our sales team
Designer Concepts supports a variety of payment methods including Paypal as well as a interest free Lay-by option via LayUp.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Instant EFT from South African bank accounts via payfast. To learn more about how we process payments, visit www.payfast.co.za
As a number of our items are made to order, please check each individual product for the estimated lead time. The different status options are explained below:
|In Stock||The item is in stock and will be delivered within the period stated|
|Awaiting Stock||This item is on order, and the estimated lead time will be clearly stated. Once you place your order, the item will be reserved for you.|
|Special Order||This item is made to order. The item lead time will be indicated on each individual product|
|Out of Stock||We are currently out of stock of this item. Please contact our Customer Service team to be notified when an item is back in stock|
Please note that lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our suppliers at the time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

In Stock items: 2-4 working days
Special or Custom made orders: 7 – 21 working days

You will receive an email confirming your order, for special orders one of our product experts will contact you to confirm your order. Your order is processed and dispatched with the couriers, we will send you the waybill to trace and track your order
Yes, a invoice is generated and sent to your email as soon as payment is done.
